Who wins and why?

R1) Preston, his gunkata effectively nullifies guns

R2) Probably Castle, while Preston seemed more technically skilled, Punisher is a tank who can cave in skulls with a punch

Didn't Punisher hit and blow a guy doing flips on the rooftop of a building with a RPG?

He did, not sure how that counters Preston's gunkata and ability to avoid bullets?
