No. If you could find a better deulist and force wielded to help Dooku out then yes but maul is to low on every level.

Yes they can. Dooku, who frankly is likely the apprentice that fears Sidious the most, flat out says that his own power and Maul's would surpass that of Sidious', and that's in reference to TPM Maul (which I don't agree with) but prime CW's Maul should give Sidious a SOLID fight.

Now its debatable if they can take a majority, but they certainly can do it.

If Windu can beat Sidious by himself, I don't see why these 2 powerhouses combined wouldn't even stand a chance.

Well that really could be overconfidence on Dooku's part TBH. If Sidious goes all out from the jump he's faster than all of the combatants, and more powerful and could ragdoll maul from the jump and they couldn't press a good enough offense on Sidious.

I don't think Dooku stands a chance in this fight; he is clearly too slow and old. Perhaps if you replace him with Obi-Wan they would have more of a chance since he is so much faster and has a sexy beard.

This is the way I see it:

Sidious flings Maul around like a toy without much effort
Sidious force chokes Dooku from light-years away making Admiral Ozzel shiver in his grave

In a force fight Sidious wins hands-down

Sabers is a different story

Dooku by himself is a capable opponent
Add Maul who put up a good fight in TCW and Sidious falls

In all-out, I feel Sidious would resort to his force powers once overwhelmed by his apprentices and end the fight quickly like he did with Maul.

Force: Sids 10/10
Sabers: Maul & Dooku 8-9/10
All Out: Sheev 7-8/10

But that wasn't a combat situation.

Even if Dooku fought back, of course the more powerful force user will come out on top in that type of scenario with no chance of a Saber fight.
