Eeeeehhhh. The Seventh Sister still seems to be above Kanan, unless you think Kanan beat the Grand Inquisitor by fluke, she should be better.

Kanan was in a better mental condition against the Inquisitor. He seems to flip-flop a lot based on his clarity imo.
