Daredevil and Elektra from Marvel Comics.

Round 1: They fights against each other with their standard weapons and gears.

Round 2: Pure H2H.

.Snake gets all of his feats from every game incluing Twin Snakes.

Which team wins and why?

The Twin Snakes versions of these characters are ALOT more impressive than their canon counter parts

That said, either Daredevil or Elektra would beat Snake, Gray Fox on the other hand is going to have a considerable strength and durability advantage over them. Elektra would need her telepathy to pull the win here.
