Either of the team can use Luke Skywalker's lightsaber.

All characters in their prime.
Kylo Ren is not hindered by any injuries, is not mentally unstable and is bloodlusted.

Location:
Starkiller base forests.

Who wins?

Well unless Rey gets another one of those "chosen one" moments then Kylo Ren wins.

If the fight doesn't have any plotkai moments, then Kylo wins.
