Battle in Seattle. Delsin has all of the 4 powers from Infamous SS. DP has his own gear including the weapon that Dr. Strange gave to him. Morals off. Fight til any means

Wade has no way of hurting Delsin.

Delsin with neon powers can disintegrate an entire person with a single blast to the face. Good luck regenerating from that.

Well, i forgot about that weapons name. It was DP against Zombies(i guess) and Dr. strange gave that weapon to him to kill them all out
