We don't really know how good in a duel Kylo is uninjured.

This list is treason to all Star Wars. Putting Maul above Dooku and Vader above Palaptine just disgraceful. Just as disgraceful as Quan.

Depends when it was written. Every book published since mid last year is Canon.

Your source seems quite old as I'm sure I've been seeing that quote for many years.

Ventress takes sabers easily. Kylo probably takes Force. Ventress slaughters him in all out.
