Round 1: They are hunting each other in Constantinople from 16th Century.
Ezio has Hidden and Hook Blades, Sword of Altair, 40 Throwing Knives, Hidden Gun with 30 rounds, 4 Smoke Bombs and 3 Explosive Bombs.
Wei has a Police Baton, Cleaver and a 9mm Pistol with 40 rounds.

Round 2: H2H without weapons on the same place Ezio fought Rodrigo.

Who wins and why?

Round 1 is debatable.

Round 2 Wei takes without a doubt.

Ezio's good, but Wei is a master of several different styles, including Drunken Fist, and Jeet Kune Do, as we see in the DLC. He has decent ground game and has canonically beaten several Shaolin Monks.
