Well, in terms of who's a dirtier fighter.....there will be some areas even Frank won't cross - fighting Cap, for example, or targeting your wife and kids.

Joker won't hesitate. Its all fair game.

Damage soak, more than anything.

Conquest is definitely about more than just damage soak. He positively revels in hurting his opponents, the more painful the better. I don't know if that is what the OP was steering towards, but if punching a hole in your girlfriend's chest to distract you in a fight is 'low-down', then Conquest qualifies for sure.

Thats pretty low.

Moon Knight deserves a mention.

Dredd and Punisher are about equal as winners here IMHO. Both are willing to regularly cross lines of close combat brutality that pretty much no-one else does.
