Sidious probably wouldn't even have to make that thing collapse to get free. If he wasn't actual stuck he could've just flung Maul and Savage away. Also, I doubt his ego would allow Maul to do such a thing.

Not even. Force defenses are now often treated as non existent with the only way to defend against a TK blast is to counter with your own. I mean, Vader should have not gotten pushed by Kanan and Ezra. That shouldn't have happened.

These revelations make it a better fight but Vitiate is the only truly immortal being here and he wins through his Sith Sorcery talent.
