I doubt Fisto's force abilities will harm him, seeing as he tanked a statue falling on him and tanked a TK wave that Oneshot Stormtroopers/exploded a hole in a shuttle.

No idea who takes sabers, could go either way assuming you believe Fisto's form advantage over Grievous is on par with Karbin giving Vader a good fight.
