If someone can convince me Maul can penetrate/nullify the Orbalisks then Maul 9/10.

Maul regularly ragdolls Kenobi who can lift massive airships and explode Durge, the idea he can't use the force offensively is stupid.

Bane can't even dominate Zannah with TK, and all he has is lightning which can be dodged. He isn't even close to Maul's level with a blade, and Maul has tooled force users and beaten more skilled duelists than Bane beating mooks like Sirak and Kas'im
