Was his strength basically unlimited?

I don't think so.

He lifted an entire continent of knite while being hurt and having knite in his system..

He could move planets probably at full power.

So basically unlimited right?

Maybe a very small planet, like say 1.3 times the size of the landmass he already lifted.

He lifted that continent waaay to easily, and that was him weakened. Without Kryptonite there, I'd bet he could life 3-4 times that. Maybe more.

Despite that, its all speculation. Thats all we can do. To bad we never got to see him pushed to his limit in a future movie.

We also don't know how much effect the Kryptonite actually had on his strength/flying ability.

I would go with planet level. That is just me though.

Planet level is probably at least 100 million times what he was actually shown to lift.

Well he is based in Reeve right?
