Who would win?

Kratos gets all of the weapon and equipments from GoW Series. Also with his tunic.

Spawn gets the weapons whatever he uses in his appearance from Comics.

The only Spawn that Kartos give any trouble too is 1st Age Spawn. Anything else, Spawn baby shakes.

The are certain version of Spawn that can wipe out the entirety of the GOW verse with a gesture.
