He's worth $200 billion but why is he not considered the richest person in the world when Bill Gates is, and worth $79 billion

Because they are estimates and no one knows for sure how much money Putin actually has. As the first link states, Putin himself claims he has a net worth of about 100,000$.

He is worth a lot more then $100k

I, too, believe that he is worth a lot more than $100k, however we dont know how much he is actually worth, so where should lists of the richest people actually put him?

Did you see that vid of where they went thru some college town and should people a bunch of pics of the 15 million dollar mansions the Clintons have owned? The looks on some of the True Lefty College Believers was priceless.

I'm well aware the Clintons are rich. So are most people who run for president and have a serious chance at it. That's how our system works, unfortunately.

Do you think it's too high or too low?

Because it's definitely not too low. North Korea's GDP is around 15 billion, so him controlling a third of the wealth makes sense.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if Putin is worth 200b. Years of selling Russian arms on the black market and siphoning money out of public works projects will do that.

I wouldn't mind Sanders in office, at all. Seems like a better choice than Obama was in 2008 (and in 2008, Obama made so many amazing campaign promises that if he delivered on the major ones and only half of the others, he'd be the best president in history).
