Lawsuit charges Disney with illegally replacing U.S. workers with immigrants

Disney is being sued by two former employees in a pair of lawsuits that claim the company conspired with outsourcing firms to swap U.S. workers with cheap immigrant workers on temporary visas.

The suit intends to "stop them from systemically abusing the immigration system," Sara Blackwell, an attorney for the plaintiffs, told the Orlando Sentinel.

"I don't have to be angry or cause drama," said Moore, a 10-year employee. "But they are just doing things to save a buck, and it's making Americans poor."

Disney scoffed at the lawsuit. "These lawsuits are based on an unsustainable legal theory and are a wholesale misrepresentation of the facts," the company said in a statement.

But hey, illegals ONLY do the jobs no legal people want to do, right? So shit, Disney is screwed now, who will take these jobs?

Maybe they could compromise. Maybe they could plant some strawberries at Disneyworld? Then we need people to collect them.

While I'm not a fan out outsourcing jobs, imo, American companies should do their best to keep money on US soil, this is just capitalism and making the biggest buck possible, which is something Conservatives love to rant about.

Yeah but on the other hand shit like that just gives illegals an excuse to weasel their way into the country. If there were NO JOBS for them I wonder if we'd cut down on the amount who want in? Since that is the excuse, they come for a better life.

So we should make it impossible for anyone illegally here to get that better life. Since hey I want a better life too but I apparently can't break the law to get it.

I'd start with jailing anyone running a business that tries to save a buck by hiring illegals. Of course that is an extremely difficult task.
