Plus, even back then, Revan was an amazing soldier, and was able to defeat scores of creatures, and men.

True, but that was when he was severely injured by a Bowcaster blast. We can only speculate his skills prior to that since we never saw them.

He was good enough to still fight.

The blaster bolt was a minor inconvenience at best.

It still doesn't change the fact that even Endar Spire Revan would beat Finn.

Funny thing actually, Finn was trained in melee combat, had prior experience wielding that lightsaber, and consistently scored in the top 1% in his training in all areas, and Kylo was toying with him most of the time.

He got shot in the gut with a bowcaster. Bowcaster shots are much more powerful than blasterbolts. Chewie's bowcaster was sending stormtroopers flying whenever it shot them. And clearly it did impact Kylo since he was bleeding everywhere. There was a puddle of blood at his feet even after he ventured quite a bit away from where he got shot.

Kylo wasn't outclassing Finn all that much in their fight.

The source material is in the movie, and according to the pretty colors, Ren wasn't stomping Finn.
