Cell at his peak first form, 13 at his peak....blueness. Who wins?

If it was Perfect Cell it'd be a stomp, but peak 1st form? That's actually an interesting matchup here. Imperfect Cell in that state was equal to 16, so I guess it depends on whether you think 16 is superior to Super 13 in power.

What we know:
-Trunks' short hair tells us that Movie #7 was set before the Z Fighters began training in the RoSaT.
-Piccolo was already fused with Kami(if you recall, Dende had been promoted to the guardian of earth in Movie #6.)

Anyway, given that SA13 tanked everything Kamiccolo dished out, he should definitely be around #16-level at a minimum. ie. SA13 ~/> #16 = Imperfect Cell(peak) >> Kamiccolo = #17.

But even if their powers were identical, SA13 would still have the advantage. He has infinite energy stores, while Cell obviously does not.

It really all depends on where you put the Z Fighters from the movie into the timeline for the series. It being short hair Trunks means its before the Time Chamber comes into play. Yet Goku is up and seems to be stronger than Piccolo.

I think Cell wins, but the argument could probably go either way.

Ill go with 13 just because he is more badass.uhuh
