Dante(Devil May Cry 1-4) and Kratos(God of War 1-3) vs Superman(New 52) and Spawn(Divine Spawn)

Dante has Rebellion, Ebony Ivory, Coyote-A Shotgun and Lucifer. Kratos has Blade of Exile, Claws of Hades and Bow of Apollo. Also Kratos has Helio's Head. Superman and Spawn are with their powers and abilities

Settings:
Morals off, Bloodblusted, No BFR, Win by any means, Battle in New York, started by 100 m

Spawn sneezes and there dead.

Divine Spawn is so ludicrous in power it's not even funny.

Honestly, no matter how you twist this, Dante and Kratos dies.
