I also don't think all kinds of transmutation take durability into account, so this is why I'm asking for feats of Doomsday resisting it. I mean hell you could toss out feats for him resisting other esoteric effects to at least establish he can resist various non-physical things besides mental powers.

If he wanted to of burned her he would of done what he did to Nebula in Thanos quest. there is no proof at all he had tech rebuild it. Plus when he teleported the house away he gave a command, he did no such thing for the return of the house.
