Can Thor at his best, going all out, damage an Imperiex Probe?

Galan007
Yes.

Rao Kal El
If by damage you mean a scratch in the armor? Then yes.

He is not replicating OWAW Superman though

carver9
No, I mean breach its Shell. Why dont you think he could breach the shell/make it explode??

quanchi112
Easily.

Damborgson
Well of course. He's broken Celestial armor, he should be able to break a probe.

quanchi112
Childs play.

One maybe two, he is not matching Superman though.

Also when he cracked celestial armor he had explicit equipment iirc

Silent Master
Of course he can.

DarkSaint85
thumb up Of course.

Carver, I thought you were arguing that probes weren't all that, when they met 'elites' (your words)?

Insane Titan
Why not, most probes were fodder.

the Darkone
Thor can, I say Thor can reduplicate OWAW Superman if he's willing to kill and uses all of his powers

Stay on topic please. That isn't the discussion of the thread.

More interesting, can Thor oneshot multiple Probes with ease?

Course it is.

Thor is an elite.

He would break these probes. Then absorb them with Mjolnir.

Then redirect all the stored energy hundred fold at Imperiex, destroying him on his lonesome.

If he's serious/enraged/focused enough, I don't why he can't.

Doomsday kneels behind a probe, and Superman pushes them.

Yes.

I see you dont really remember much about Thor then... wink

Thor has breached Celestial Armor without any extra equipment or amps whatsoever as the scan below is a testament to...

Furthermore, I fully believe Thor in the below state of mind is running through Probes just as easy as OWAW Superman; possibly even easier:

Did he breach the armour?

Well there are chunks of Celestial Armor flying away from the impact site of the Mjolnir strike...

Maybe "breach" is a bit premature as its inconclusive, but he definitely damaged the Armor...

If he can do that to the pre-nerf Classic Celestials, then he's absolutely (atleast in my minds eye) wrecking Probes...

DarkSaint85
I would have to call PIS, then, considering this happened, with Odin, Vishnu and Zeus COMBINED not even affecting the Celestials:

Maybe Celestial Armor is much better against energy attacks than blunt force?

Damborgson
Maybe, but there's limits. That was a massive amount of power the armor ignored.

I didn't see any breach in that scan. erm

And I was talking about the another instance where he had special equipment.

Look closer to the strike, chunks of armor go flying.

That was when he broke through Exitar, yes.

Two posts in and the Super clan already starts wacking off Kal. **** OWEROAAOREWWA Superman.

abhilegend
No. With pure striking he can't. With added energy blasts sure. Originally posted by Damborgson

Holding back Superman punched a hole through Emperor Joker.

He was unable to dent a probe.

But Thor did. It's no more PIS than when Superman damaged the probe. Did you question that, Saint?

Don't start kissing the mod's ass when he shows up like you always do. Stop turning perfectly good Thor threads into stinky Superman threads.

A) How do you know that and B) I thought you have argued in the past that charging one's EP strikes makes no difference, so which is it?

Why, because I don't allow Superman to rule my life? You need to work on your unprovoked personal attacks.

The the strict technical sense of the word, breach is correct as he penetrated the armor; evidence of this is the chunks of armor we see flying away from the impact site...

And yes, I know the incident you were thinking about; you were thinking about the one when Thor had his Belt of Strength and his Asgardian Battle Armor...

You know, as an interesting side note, this was actually explained in Thor 301...

All of the Earthly gods are weaker on Earth than they are in their native realms...

Thor is an exception to this though (due to being the son of Gaea); he's actually stronger on Earth than in Asgard...

Going by the strict definition of the word breach...absolutely.
