Ocelot from MGS2.

VS

Django from Django Unchained.

Round 1: Quickdraw.

Round 2: Gunfight.

Both combatants gets a Colt Single Action Army to use in the first two rounds.

Round 3: Pure H2H.

Final Round: Gun twirling contest.

The fight takes place in an old Western Town.

Who wins and why?

Ocelot in both because his world operates on a much higher level and he's got plenty of feats that put him above Django.

No idea what Django is capable of.

Even without what I think is a pretty big difference in stats(going by what I've heard), I'd pick Ocelot. Django was a freed slave who just happened to be a natural shot. That's all he really needs to be a threat in the wild west but he's going to come up short against one of the best shots in the hyper modern world of Metal Gear. Ocelot can ricochet bullets like Robo-Cop and he will absolutely crush someone without even the most basic hand to hand combat training. Also since they're both using a version of Ocelot's gun, Ocelot will naturally have the advantage due to having used it prior. It's not even close lol.
