Wesker really is unimpressive compared to the other 3. He looked dangerous only because he was fighting Chris/Sheva/Jill but lets be honest, either Cap or Wolverine would kill those 3 with ease.

That said, Spiderman wins, he's already shown that he can web up Wolverine and he'd curbstomp Cap and Wesker if he doesn't hold back.
