Who wins?

Godzilla on average dominates this fight for a majority, though a couple of incarnations of Gamera have a very powerful Mana/ Soul attack that even the King would have a hard time coming from.

But besides that, Gojira can tank or regen everything Gamera throws at him but not the other way around. He has Gamera beat in every stat and an insane Hulk/Deadpool Level regen. Gamera does have his flight and a pretty big intelligence gap between the two as well.
