Creed takes this, he'd heal quickly from any damage Ajax's fist could deal out, while Ajax wouldn't from Creed's claws and teeth.

If Ajax had his axes it would be a better match, but this one goes to Creed. Ajax is essentially fighting unarmed against someone with built in weapons.
