I initially was going to say Shredder but I give it to Batman because of his armor.

What weapons do they get? If they gut all weapons then Batman probably wins because of his gadgets. If it's pure melee then Shredder stomps.

Somehow Shredder survived getting crushed by that garbage thing. Was it ever explained how?
