Is this even a fight? Hancock had no shown upper limit to his power and the only time that he was ever hurt was though plot device.

He was Immortal or extremely long lived

This fight should go to Hancock. Even if we called strength and durability a wash, he still has flight.

Hancock 9/10-cartoon physics make him invincible.
