All very easily using super speed except Surfer.
I believe Superman can get a good hit on Surfer in less than 1 min. After that the fight is downhill for Surfer and Superman could win in under 5 min.

Gladiator has high end super speed, so the only reason he'd fail at tossing Hulk into space is because of the plot. Either that or Hulk can somehow just negate the effect of gravity now.

It isn't simply based on weight, characters can resist and generally the stronger they are, the harder said character is to bfr by strictly physical means. Hulk is notoriously difficult to get rid of. Gladiator (who is confirmed to have light speed travel) failed to speed Hulk into space.

Kal would find it very difficult to get rid of Hulk. Especially in 5 minutes.

Better thread would be how many sandwiches can Superman make for Wonder Woman under 5 minutes?

Because the writer is stupid. He didn't know that Glads is strong enough to toss or uppercut Hulk into space. He also forgot that Glads can get to space in a fraction of a second.

Same reasoning goes for Superman. Superman could have easily hit or thrown or carried Konvict into space.
