Cancer kills me sooner or later. AIDS kills me in a few years, or requires me to never leave my room, and have no contact with other people.

So basically I don't need any change in my life to survive AIDS.

Obvious choice.

AIDS weakens the immune system, duh, which means rare cancers will become much more prevalent. Don't they teach you biology in your shit school, kid?
