Galen stalemated EU / Legends Vader. That's better than admitting you are inferior to a far inferior Rebels Vader.

Far inferior is going a bit too far. Canon Vader's not on his Legend counterparts level as of yet but he's getting there.

Pretty sure Canon Vader can outduel Starkiller, An'ya Kuro, a few fodder Jedi, Roan Shryne, and most of the other unremarkable Jedi from the comics/novels

Nah. He doesn't have the necessary skill feats as of yet.

He was beating Ahsoka who has already stomped the Inquisitors and held her ow against Maul, is confirmed as being greater than Dooku/Maul/ (Filoni/Tarkin novel). Ahsoka on her own is greater than anyone he fought in Legends in terms of skill feats, nameless Jedi really wouldn't be adding much to his repertoire in canon

He has feats better than Marek, only everyone else can't do them too so it's actually impressive.

And what have the Inquisitors done hat make that impressive? TFU took on dozens of Jedi decades before TFU.

How? You can't scale Ahsoka off of Vader since we're trying to gaug that Vader's power.
