defeated Huntress, stalemated Arrow a couple of times, fought and killed Dollmaker, stalemated a bloodlusted Hawkgirl, most of her feats come from being Black Canary on Arrow.

Sara aka White Canary literally just got a two year refresher course with the League, to resharpen her skills, on Legends of Tomorrow. So she is probably at, or close to, her peak right now. Ra's even said that her skills were unmatched by any of his other assassins.
