ROUND 1:
* Savage Opress after having his leg broken and arm removed by none other than Obi-Wan himself
* TPM Darth Maul lying on the junkyard without his legs and the lightsaber

ROUND 2:
* Darth Maul after his defeat at the hands of Palpatine and one hour of Lightning-torture
* Tholme after being buried alive by Count Dooku
* Pre Vizsla that was beaten to submission by Darth Maul, just before the execution
* Jango Fett after being literally stomped by a reek, without blasters and with damaged jetpack

ROUND 3:
* Count Dooku after having his hands removed by Anakin Skywalker
* Dying and paralysed RoT Darth Bane after having his orbalisks fried by Lightning
* Johun Othone after having his hand removed by Darth Bane
* Padme Amidala after giving birth to Luke and Leia

ROUND 4:
* Mara Jade poisoned by the Yuuzhan Vongs in her worst state of the disease
* Unarmed DoE Bane drugged with senflax, just released
* Lord Kopecz that was already dying and was executed by Valenthyne Farfalla
* Bazel Warv missing two limbs before being killed by the Sith in FotJ

ROUND 5:
* Darth Krayt after being mortally wounded by Karness Muur and dying on the ground when Wyyrlok comes to kill him
* Unconscious Revan after Vitiate Lightning-pwned him when Meetra was already dead
* ESB Luke after his fall in the shaft and being rescued by Leia

ROUND 6:
* Darth Caedus missing an arm, beaten to death and disinterested in the fight (moments before being killed by Jaina Solo)
* Darth Plagueis in his worst state after the Maladian attack in the novel

To get things going I'll post my opinion:

Potentially done at 6 depending on how uninterested Caedus is in the fight (his missing arm and bruises are irrelevant). Plagueis probably solos.

Maul at round 2 has no armament though

Kenobi doesn't make it past round one. Everybody knows he does kill his enemies, he just cuts off a limb and let's them escape so they can become a cyborg.
