R2: No weapons, no stare or telepathy

R3: Stare and telepathy, Slade is aware of both abilities, standard equipment.

Slade's pretty consistant in beating pretty formidable teams, including characters who could probably take Tomi.

Obviously, there's a lot of PIS mixed in, but just look at his match's around Terra's introduction.. Not one of the Titan's could touch him.

Pre 52 Deathstroke was uber and was able to slap the Titans around which included Ravager, Nightwing, Tim Drake, Beast Boy, Jericho, Cyborg and even freaking Donna Troy around and none of them could touch him.

But that's a ridiculous showing and generally I wouldn't put him over Tomi on average

Nu 52 Slade though? Err....Legacy, beating the shit out of Hawkman who's like a 50 tonnor and then recently shrugging off Wonder Woman punching him over the horizon,. I say he's more than a match for Gorgon now.
