Anakin can take out any one of them, but would fall against Han and Wedge at once. Adding in Poe makes it a stomp in team's favor.

Anakin's millisecond perception time and precognition could give him an advantage although the team has numbers on their side.

If it's Rebels/OT Vader, he wins. Not sure about Anakin.

OT Vader gets wrecked by the Falcon.

Remember in Siege of Lothal, where Vader in his single tie fighter rips through the Rebels, including the Ghost.
