Can an unamped Darth Bane replicate Luke's/Kyp Durrons feat of manipulating a Dovin Basal? What leads you to your conclusion?

Sure. I don't find the manipulation of Dovan Basil's to be all that impressive tbh.

Bane's balls are made of Dovin Basals.
