Sabers: Caedus's best saber feat is injuring Luke and putting him in a bacta tank for a week, but Luke needed to breathe heavily to kill thousands of Force-immune Vong and to disarm Palpatine. Kas'im wasn't even breathing heavily when he sparred with Bane, who was so good that he was said to have moved "beyond forms". Kas'im may have lost to Bane but Bane was able to learn how to use a training saber very quickly to defeat trainees in spars, while it took Luke several months of self study to overcome Darth Vader in personal combat. Plus it took Caedus several seconds to impale Kyle Katarn, while Kas'im only needed a few minutes to overpower a rancor. Kas'im just knows too many swings and stabs.

Force: Caedus was able to fool Luke with illusions and deflect turbolaser bolts, but he's never managed to flow open huge doors with the Force while also fighting a powerhouse like Bane and his power and speed to win spars against trainees. Kas'im didn't even need to struggle to rip open a door and swing it open to yell at Qordis, while Caedus needed to in order to shatter lightsaber-resistant beskar armor with a tap. Kas'im knows too much of Force Power.

All-out: Caedus may try to fool Kas'im with illusions, but just because they could fool Luke doesn't mean they could fool someone strong enough to swing open doors with the Force. They will engage in saber combat, but Kas'im knows every form and move while Caedus who has no technical skill with a blade except to penetrate the guard of Luke can't do anything, as Luke's only technical feat with a blade is to teach himself how to fight in a few months with some scattered notes and then stalemate Vader, and later help recreate lightsaber combat after the Jedi Archives were destroyed. Kas'im will injure Caedus a little, and Caedus who only could take on anyone in the galaxy but Luke with one arm won't be able to handle the pain. Kas'im is too capable at killing people with his weapon.
