Fisk probably solos, unless you think Matt was selling the beat down to avoid suspicion.

Probably a case of letting Fisk get some hits in to avoid suspicion, if you are referring to the whole prison convo. Can't exactly fight back as a blind guy without raising red flags. But even then, he's shown himself to be fast enough to land blows on people like Frank and Matt, and based on how he was bench pressing several hundred lbs without breaking a sweat, he is likely at least as strong as Bane.
