If Mary Jane from the Spider-Man trilogy movies and Gwen Stacy from the Amazing Spider-Man movie wearing loose-fitting pants and t-shirt had a fist-fight who would win:
Round 1: They accidentally wreck the others science project and drop paint on each other
Round 2: Both believe the other stole something valuable from their house
Round 3: They have to defeat the other or their Peter dies
Round 4: Both think the other killed their Peter

Gwen, she could actually take care of herself sometimes. I prefer MJ in comics, but Gwen in the movies was perfect. Emma Stone should have played MJ, they'll never get MJ that perfect now.

Lol when did she do that? The closest to she did something of a fight is with that spray can and lighter against the lizard and it accomplished jack shit. She was lucky he didn't break her neck then and there. And lol, in the school fight she hit him with a wooden case. Apparently there was no metal around. She was actually far less effective in direct combat than Mary Jane if you look a things more closely

All of that is still more than I remember Mj ever doing. What did MJ ever do to the super villains? I don't remember her ever putting up a fight unlike Aunt May and her umbrella of justice

This is a scientific fact, bruh I took stock pics of both from their respective movies. MJ in highschool was the hottest I've ever seen Dunst in any role. Dunst looked her best in SM1, was plain Jane in SM2 went full troll mode by SM3. If I wanted to take an unflattering picture of Dunst, I would have went with this.

Back to the topic, Gwen actually showed she could handle herself. And her dad was a cop, so I'm assuming on top of being a tough chick, daddy Stacy taught her some basic hand to hand, maybe some firearm training.

MJ does nothing. Literally nothing in the films but be a damsel in distress. At least Gwen tried to fight against an unstoppable monster. She's got more balls than MJ does.

Gwen was only useful against the villains due her scientific skills. She did not become a damsel in distress because the villains specifically chose not to or did not know about her

So MJ being ineffective against villains who could instantly end her life more times than Gwen makes her better? Doc Ock wasn't trying to hurt people. As for that - the same as Gwen would've been if Lizard or Electro wanted her dead - deader than dead. Also both Gobby and Venom did want MJ to die.
