GM Luke, Darth Plagueis and Darth Tenebrous vs DE Sidious and Valkorion

I'm still not sure where to place GM Luke ( close to 200% of Sidious or weaker ?), so can he beat these two guys with some backup?

Luke beats Sidious with moderate difficulty.

The duo handily overpowers Valkorion.

Reasons may come if I get on a laptop.
