Vader's accomplishments:
Struggling against fodder Jedi
Struggling against Ferus Olin, Jax Pavan, Aurra Sing, An'ya Kuro (all of which might as well be put in the "fodder" category)
Struggling against Ahsoka Tano, who's out of practice, barely trained, struggles against Inquisitors, etc.
Actually gets tagged by a completely inexperienced Luke Skywalker in TESB
Struggles against a decrepit old man in Ben Kenobi who hasn't done shit in 20 years
Getting raped by Luke Skywalker in RotJ, who swings his saber like a baseball bat

Contrast that to Kas'im who has perfected lightsaber combat completely and utterly. How will Vader fend off Kas'im's saber assault when he gets pressured by foes who have not even an iota of comparable technical skill to Kas'im (Ahsoka Tano, Luke Skywalker, Ben Kenobi, every single Jedi he's ever faced, basically). Kas'im was mused to be one of the greatest, if not the greatest lightsaber duelist of all time. This is in an era where all Sith and Jedi do is hone their saber skills. That's an incredible accolade, one Vader can't really match.

Kas'im stomped a trainee Bane who previously soloed a dozen Tuk'ata under massively disadvantageous circumstances. AotC Kenobi, Anakin, Soara Antana, plus many other Jedi were getting massacred by a far lesser amount of Tuk'ata. Well, what does this mean? This means PoD trainee Bane >>> that entire group of Jedi, and by virtue, Kas'im >>>>>>>>>>>>>> that entire group of Jedi. And you know what? Vader gets destroyed by groups of Jedi in smaller quantity and quality. Therefore, Kas'im >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Darth Vader as a lightsaber combatant.

If you want to bring up Vader's Force abilities (lol, he can't even take a holocron from Ezra with the Force, and gets TK'd by Ahsoka Tano and by Kanan/Ezra, fails to dominate An'ya Kuro, Jax Pavan, Luke Skywalker, Ben Kenobi, etc), Kas'im has a potent enough barrier to protect from a charged blast capable of leveling a massive temple and liquidating flesh.

All in all, Kas'im solo-stomps, 10/10.
