In either case, peak! Luke could probably ragdoll them both.

Doubt he ragdolls Exar tbh, but probably Arcann.

Arcann's just an inferior Caedus, so Luke demolishes him if he's fighting at his peak capacity. Kun won't be destroyed quite as easily (Force-wise, at least), but he's still completely outclassed.
