If the definition of power = raw might, sure. If it means more then that, it's hard not to go with Doom or "classic" Thanos. Or Lucifer, even.

And I was semi serious on Purple Man.. Anti Life Orion/Darkseid or Jesse Custer may be a better answer.

Being able to potentially enslave a being who can one shot an omniverse and all.. (After all, raw power does absolutely nothing to buff will in comics. That's why humans can beat gods in astral battle..)

Ever since Hickman got a hold of Owen, he definitely isn't stupid, imo... Tbh, he almost comes off as omniscient in a sense -- seems to already know the answers to all questions. He's Supreme Being-like these days...

Especially in his most recent appearance- he clearly knows all about the chaining of the omniverse but is happy enough and powerful enough to just sit it all out and see what happens.
