How much does Luke Skywalker improve from the end of NJO to LotF/FotJ?

His growth is that he becomes more learned in the ways of the Force and experienced by the time of FOTJ.

I'd imagine so.

Agreed. If anything, his physical prime is TUF/DN, but he learns more and gains experience by FOTJ.

Is he a deadlier combatant in FotJ than NJO?

Does he have more raw power?

I'd imagine that the answer to both is yes.
