Hmmm Darth Baras, though im leaning on his brief fights against Satele and Angral.

Also this Zannah isnt as refined as she is in DOE.
Also Baras Lightning I think can more than stagger her.

Baras would sit on her.

Zannah as of RoT loses, definitely.

Eh, "bizzare behavior" was running around with youth that didn't "fit his rank" and later accepting strange officers and nicknaming them strange stuff(ex. Hideyoshi=Monkey, Katsuie Shibata=Oni Shibata. Etc)
