Are the other warriors restricted to Force as well, or is that just the Emperors?

Raw power: Sidious at this point can already create, but not control, Force storms, a more destructive application of the Force than anything Vitiate has done. Vitiate can pull off Nathema, but with rituals/nexus/prep/etc. So Sidious beats Vitiate's most powerful application of the Force without any prep.

Accolades: Sidious is canonically superior to Vitiate, seeing as how Vitiate still identifies as a Sith.

Telekinesis: Sidious's thoughts that he can destroy the imperial palace would suggest raw telekinetic power vastly beyond anything Vitiate has done; the Sith Emperor's best feats in this are vaguely collapsing portions of the Dark Temple in an unknown amount of time and pushing back Revan.

Lightning: Though it isn't until Dark Empire that he's described as being able to light up the surfaces of planets, Palpatine can already oneshot a legion of 10,000 stormtroopers with his lightning, no charge-up or nexus needed. Vitiate's best feat is...uh...killing a strike team of four decently powerful Jedi? RotS Sidious already has this beat in overloading Yoda's tutanimus.

Telepathy: Neither is going to successfully TP the other so I don't think this really matters as more than a semi-reliable proxy for raw power. Vitiate does mind control Ziost, but Palpatine mind controls Byss. Vitiate seems to use his telepathy more frequently in 1 vs 1 confrontations, but he's never dominated anyone of Palpatine's caliber, so it doesn't really matter.

Sorcery: Palpatine does know sorcery but doesn't really employ it one on one. However, I'd need to see evidence of Vitiate's sorcery matching the destructive output or lethality of Sidious's lightning for it to make a meaningful addition, particularly given that there's very little he could pull off that Palpatine, who spend decades studying the Force in "all its guises" and scouring the galaxy for all of the secrets of the ancient Sith, wouldn't be familiar with.

Combat awareness: Obviously Palpatine actually knows how to fight, as he wasn't surrounded by weaklings during the height of the Jedi.

tl;dr - in addition to canon sources putting Sidious at the top, if you run a side-by-side comparison of their best feats in combatively relevant areas, Sidious wins.

Vader ragdolls. Call me up when the Wrath can come close to replicating TFU feats.

Jerec's power is stated to rival Vader's even before the Valley...lol wait, doesn't the Valley make him effectively omniscient? Nox dies.

Nyriss won't be able to counter her lightwhip, and she hasn't shown the strength in the Force to win from a distance.

Mara had Caedus at his mercy, albeit via clever environmental manipulation. Thanaton has pretty lightning but otherwise no real feats to compare with Palpatine's hand.
