Mara Jade and Asajj Ventress are both in their prime. Ventress is equipped with her twin curved-hilted lightsabers.

Setting 1: Battle takes place on Yavin IV (no nexus amplifications, though)
Setting 2: Battle takes place on Lothal

Round 1: Lightsabers
Round 2: Force
Round 3: All out

Either could feasibly win sabers or all-out, but Ventress is the more likely. Mara takes Force, though.
