Dexter Morgan from Dexter vs Kai Proctor from Banshee.

No Backup from Burton or anyone else.

Dexter has found out all of Kai's deeds and corners him, after researching him.

They engage in a fight with possible improvised weapons, they're in the same place Hood and Proctor first ever fought.

If it was just a case of Dexter stalking and trapping Kai, and then drugging and strapping him down before killing him, I think he could do it, given enough time and planning. But in an actual fight, Proctor should beat him.
