Who will win

My intuition is that Black Widow does more blatantly superhuman things than Yip Man does. Yip Man has seemingly struggled with large masses of mooks with bladed weaponry; Black Widow casually beats them up in arbitrary numbers.

He never struggled with large numbers of people. He took down over 40 people on multiple occasions without a scratch on him. If you're referring to Ip Man 2, he was trying to protect his disciple and not seriously injure any of the other guys. That's why he was smacking dudes in the face with meat cleavers instead of putting people in the morgue.

If we're talking about numbers, on screen Ip had beat up faaaar more than Widow.
