Mags uses his powers only to amp himself physically - like against Colossus - nothing else. Cannot fly, either.

I thought Mandarin was strong enough to rip apart Iron Man's armor with his bare hands? I also thought he had some level of enhanced speed thanks to..I dunno, kung fu shit?

^ Yes, pretty much. He's done so on quite a few occasions and trained himself to become even better.

Thing is, Magneto w/ amping is a beast, too. He may be out of Mandarin's league.

Rarely shown, but yes, he does have it.

So does Magneto, though... his reaction time is superhuman, we've seen that stated and explained on panel. And as for feats, he grabbed Northstar himself, commenting that he was inferior to his son.

Which version of Northstar? what is Magneto's best amping feat? I mean he obviously can withstand being punched in the boob by Colossus.

Don't tell me you haven't read Claremont's Uncanny X-Men...? Colossus landed a full-force hit on Mags' face (helmet was removed by Kurt), hoping to decapitate him... out of character, but X-Men were done toying with Mags... he was shocked that Magneto's head was still attached. Hell, he wasn't even KO'd.

Erik also broke free out of Hercules' bearhug.

Probably, yes. Grabbing Northstar is a helluva feat, even if he was operating below QS's level at the time.

Mandy had that insane bullets blocking feat, though... while weakened/starved, sustained only by chi... might google the scan later.

But Mandy's striking power is not dependant on his superhuman strength alone. He is a bit like Karnak.
