Marr was the de facto Emperor and leader of the Dark Council, abilities second to none, moved fast enough to appear to teleport to Darth Lachris, rapestomped 3 Zakuul Knights, casually generated lightning powerful enough to kill Teneb Kel, is generally implied to be equal to Satele, etc. While the B Team probably has him beat in terms of feats, you sort of have to get creative with Marr and contextualize his accolades and standing in the era.

Satele has all her feats from Fatal Alliance, could block a saber stab from Darth Malgus for an extended period of time, (and was seemingly melting the blade,) harnessed enough power to blast Malgus into a mountain, then by Fatal Alliance she was annihilating hex droids with casual glances and gestures, injuring Darth Mehkis (a dark councillor,) matching Darth Baras, etc. She is descended from an immensely powerful bloodline and it shows. This is all before her retreating to Odessen for 4-5 years to study the force from ancient jedi and sith holocrons. By that point she was supposedly powerful enough to end the life of Pre-Valk amp Outlander, and was capable of inducing illusions and teleportation. Now you can probably see why Marr being an implied equal to her is impressive.

Marr and Satele should win this in a tough fight.

@Skillz - IIRC she noted in the Journal of Gnost-Dural that she couldn't have held out much longer with the Tutaminis and Jace Malcom saved her. So the "lightsaber-melting" thing is probably just particle effects.
